Future Code is a new company, but the experience isn't new: the team spent around five years building and running an academic management system in Egyptian educational institutions. This is how we work on every project.
1. The first call
We listen to the requirements and ask the hard questions early. If the project doesn't fit our expertise, we say so on the first call and point you to a better option, instead of wasting your time and budget.
2. A written scope
We come back with a document that sets out what is needed in detail, the timeline and the deliverables. We also prefer a single decision-maker on the client side — it saves weeks.
3. Short cycles
We work in short cycles, and every cycle has a result you can see and review. No months of work in the dark before you see anything.
4. Handover
We hand over the agreed code, documentation and training so your team can carry on. For the academic system, the contract provides for handing over the full source code and the institution's data — and the data belongs to the institution in every case.
5. Support
Support for an agreed period, followed by optional maintenance.
Why we work this way
We take on a limited number of projects at a time to protect quality and deadlines. And every demo starts by opening the real system, not a slide deck.
