How-to steps

The most common daily tasks, step by step.

How does a student register their courses?
  1. 1.Open “Course registration” while the registration window is open.
  2. 2.The system shows only what's available to them; hidden courses show the reason next to them.
  3. 3.Choose courses and sections; if a section is full, join the waiting list.
  4. 4.Send the request to the academic advisor for approval.
  5. 5.After approval, the timetable appears in their account.
How are grades recorded and approved?
  1. 1.The faculty member records their course grades from “Exams control & grades”.
  2. 2.They submit the sheet for approval, and it is then locked against edits.
  3. 3.The head of department and then exams control review and approve, in order.
  4. 4.The system calculates the term and cumulative GPA automatically.
  5. 5.The published result appears to the student and parent at the same moment.
How does QR attendance work?
  1. 1.The lecturer opens the attendance session and a QR code appears on screen.
  2. 2.The student scans the code from the app while inside the hall's range.
  3. 3.Cases outside the range go to manual review.
  4. 4.Attendance rates and warnings update automatically.
How do I create an installment plan for a student?
  1. 1.Open the student's file, then “Finance”.
  2. 2.Choose the fee program, the number of installments and their dates.
  3. 3.Apply any eligible discount; the system recalculates the installments.
  4. 4.Save the plan; reminders are sent automatically before each due date.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

Can I move student data from the old system?

Yes. We import student, grade and fee data from Excel or your current system, and review it with you before going live.

Where do students and parents sign in?

From the web portal on your institution's domain or from the app; each one sees only their own data.

Does the system support different bylaws for each program?

Yes. Each program has its own bylaw — credit hours, grading, GPA rules and warnings — and the system applies it automatically.

If a problem happens during operation, who do I contact?

Our technical support team, through “Contact us” or WhatsApp; we follow the issue until it's solved.
